Before you come for a session

Some people may prefer a numbing cream, we recommend EMLA one hour before cover in cling film, be generous. We also have tricks we have learned to make the process easier and comfortable. No creams or oils before please except numb cream. No tan on the area either fake, tube or sun. No alcohol. Avoid aspirin. Always tell us on the consultation any medicines or health problems, and keep us informed of any changes. This is very important.

After session

Our no.1 is Clothes on cover, clothes off air heal. Anything that may rub or contaminate the area also cover up. No sauna’s, hot baths, very hot showers, hard sweat cv training. Avoid anything that can rub or be abrasive on the area. Do not use moisturisers a little aloe vera is ok. Soon you can go to normal day to day when the treatment area recovers enough. After a period of time of recovery it just starts to fade. Return session is different for every client and they come back when it is healed fully. This can be weeks never months.
